Under the Influence presents: Midnight Movies: Preview of Metropolis at the Curzon Mayfair, London

It's been reconstructed and restored - and now you can see the all-new version of the classic Metropolis on the big screen in the grade II listed Curzon Mayfair in London.

Not just a screening of Fritz Lang's early sci-fi classic (although that is the headline act), the evening kicks off from 9:30pm for music, a themed bar and a free shot of Jägermeister before taking your seats for a 'special dance performance' from the sultry Suri Sumatra, followed by the movie. There's also 10 Eureka Masters of Cinema DVDs to give away to the best dressed - the dress code is 1920s bourgeoisie or factory chic.

Tickets are £8.50 advance/£10.50 door and are on sale now. You'll find the Curzon Mayfair at 38 Curzon St (nearest tube Green Park).
