World cinema/arthouse reviewer required

Filmreels Do you have an interest in both classic and contemporary world and arthouse cinema? Your services are required.

We're expanding reviews of such movies here at Cindelica and are on the look-out for knowledgeable people who can write reviews of the latest releases and reissues. We cannot pay for contributions at this time, but we can offer you a steady supply of DVDs to keep before they hit the stores in return for a review. Payment would be considered if circumstances change.

Interested? Email me at info@cinedelica.com for more information. An example review would be required before we took anyone on.

Cinedelica mail back online

Filmreels We've been overwhelmed with interest in the site of late - so much so that our inbox managed to fill up! Anyway, we're back online now, so if you want to contact Cinedelica about anything - cult films or TV, ideas for reviews, feedback, advertising/PR - you can reach us via info@cinedelica.com.

Please note that we no longer have any paid writing positions available. However, if you want to contribute anything, we're more than happy to accept reviews, features and ideas. And we might be in position to take on more paid writers in the future.

Cinedelica is Guardian Guide's top film blog

Guardian_guide Very surprised to open today's Guardian Guide and see Cinedelica listed as the top film blog.

Six sites are listed, but Cinedelica is top of the pile, so we're quite chuffed. It also coincides with Cinedelica taking on two new film writers (John Myatt from the UK and Kimberly Merlo-Lindbergs from the US) and seriously expanding the number of weird and wonderful movies we cover, so make sure you bookmark the site - there's much more to come.

And if you have any ideas, suggestions or recommendations for movies to cover, please email us.

Wanted: Cult film writer and blogger for Cinedelica

Filmreels_4 Want to do some online film writing that gets read by a wide audience and get paid for it? Cinedelica wants to hear from you.

We're looking for someone who can post 3 articles/blog posts every weekday. The right person must have a wide knowledge of cult cinema (not just one specific area) and an ability to write snappy and interesting posts.

If you think you are suited for the role, email us at info@cinedelica.com with some details about you, your interests and two example posts that would suit the site. Or if you just want to know more about the position, drop us a line.

Wanted: Film/TV writers/reviewers

Do you love classic/cult film and TV? Want to write about it? Then we want to hear from you.

We're currently looking for anyone enthusiastic (and ideally knowledgeable) about classic and cult film and TV from any era, with some extra emphasis on the 60s for Modculture.

The reviews and articles will be for:
Cinedelica
Retro To Go
Modculture

The positions would suit anyone enthusiastic about film and TV, in particular film/media students looking for writing experience.

I can't pay - but you will get advance copies of DVD releases to keep (once you've reviewed them) and some great experience. If you're interested, email me at david@modculture.co.uk with some details about yourself and your relevant interests and knowledge.
