After steadily growing in status, Bronco Bullfrog was released on DVD by the director himself a couple uf years back. But now the BFI has got on the case, offering up a digitally restored version for the big screen. A DVD/Blu-ray is likely to follow too, although that's not been officially confirmed as yet.
The new version of the movie, which starred a cast of amateurs, is essentially a late 60s love story, two teens, Del and Irene getting together despite the opposition of their respective parents. They dull existence is livened up by the return of suedehead Bronco Bullfrog out of borstal - then made worse by his presence.
